I would like to thank for the staff that has been really helpful and kind. The first night I arrived was the eclipse and I didn’t know about that, which they told me about it and the hotel will open the terrace for the guest to enjoy. (A perfect spot as well.) The room was clean. The location is super convenient to go to Guggenheim. You can take the tram easily to the old town and it is nice and quiet. I would recommend this place for travellers to stay.

The hotel’s location is amazing. A quick walk from the central station and literally right next to the stadium. The riverwalk which takes you to all the museums and Old Town is at the doorstep.

Large rooms with vert big comfy bed and great pillows. Large bathroom with over bath shower. Great quality towels. Corridors very quiet despite high occupancy levels. Clean comfortable place to stay en route to san sebastion. We were only there for a short time but were able to walk to the guggenheim and do a river walk. The hotel kindly stored our bags so we could explore for the day.
