"The location is good and walkable to the old town and Guggenheim. Our room was in the -1 level. The room was a good size, but the floor was very dirty with sticky spots. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The view out of the room was horrible; the basement of a courtyard with thousands of cigarette butts. We kept the curtain closed the whole time. "
