Not very good customer service when she saw we had already been waiting a long time. Dirty room, very loud outside throughout the night. Good location for proximity to Universal but definitely not worth the price!"

"You have to pay $36 to park each night, the doors and walls are paper thin we could hear talking from the room next door, the halls and elevator area is not very cool, parking lot is very far walk from the rooms, Disney does it better "
