Very dated with chipped paint in room, uncomfortable bed. No plugs near bed, no tissues in room. The checkin area looked good- it deteriorated as soon as you went up to the 2nd floor! Swimming pool closed after 4pm so no use to people working

Clean room. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent amenities but unfortunately did not have time to enjoy them. Perhaps next time.

The spa area felt quite cold particularly around the pool so not very conducive to relaxing on the sun beds. The temperature of the pool was quite cool. Best to go in before using any of the thermal journey! Rooms starting to need redecorating in places and my air conditioning unit in Room 313 was ...
