"This hotel was lovely! We were so exhausted upon arrival bc we had been traveling quite a bit (with two little kiddos) and the staff was SO nice! The views are amazing, the rooms are clean and big and so comfortable. We ate one time in the bar area and the food and drinks were great, too. The staff was so nice to us and our kids which just made the whole experience even better. I also sent out laundry one day and it came back same day. Clean and neatly folded - I was very impressed. Thank you! We’ll be back!"

"From the entrance of the property, this hotel/resort takes your breath away. It is situated on an absolutely beautiful golf resort with rolling hills and a beautiful view of the lake. We would come back to the property early to enjoy the radiant sunsets. As a guest of the hotel, you can enjoy the driving range for free. Breakfast options were sparse but fairly standard for Switzerland. A few members of the staff were not as helpful. Be aware that if you’re relying on public transportation, one bus stop is about a 10 minute walk up the steep hill while another is about 2 minutes but doesn’t go as far as the main Lucerne station. The property is about 10-15 minutes by bus from the Lucerne main station. Property was very clean and the rooms were the largest we had in Switzerland. "
