"Great little stopover before an early flight at Stansted. Despite being in the services area, the noise level was negligible. You can eat at the restaurants within the service area, or do what we did and take advantage of the excellent food available at the hotels own restaurant, cooked fresh to order. Great friendly staff. We will return!"

We were met with very friendly and welcoming staff who upgraded our room straight away and made us feel at home after a very stressful day! Drinks at the bar with a cheese board in the evening was just what we needed, and the breakfast was gorgeous. All in all a very lovely stay at the Gem. "
