"The room was clean, well-stocked and very inviting. The beds were so soft and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome! I really appreciated the variety. Kylie and the red-haired girl was so nice! They both went above and beyond to accommodate our little family. They smiled every time you walked past the desk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends based on the aforementioned. My only issue was with the young lady working 11/16, night shift. I was having issues getting into the pool area, so I went to the front desk for assistance. Found out you have to lift the handle, not push it down. Jokes on me. After being super bubbly with the couple that was checking in, she just gave me the dead stare like what do you want and answered my question as though I was bothering her. My husband had a similar experience when asking for late checkout. It was just my husband, myself and our 8-year-old well behaved daughter. What did we do wrong???"
