"Clean room and great staff. However outside our window was the intersection and all night we could hear cars slamming on their breaks and then stepping on the gas making it nearly impossible to get a good night sleep. "

"I booked this hotel to stay with my daughter after a concert. I booked it based on the reviews and I feel I was mislead. The location was the first issue. It is tucked behind a few run down buildings and parking lot is not well lit. The room was really old, dingy and run down. The bathroom was the only redeemable space as it looked like it was newly renovated. Ok…around midnight I heard a loud horn. I said if it sounded like a train. I pulled my curtain…it WAS a train, right outside my window. It was like the my cousin Vinny scene. Had I known any of this I would have stayed elsewhere. "
