"It was lovely to stay here. I was very grateful to the housecleaning staff, they did an amazing job.
My toilet door had pink putty on it which looked really messy on the door.
Also the shower windows had scum stains still on it. I have never seen this at any place I have stayed at before. Usually the windows are clean, shiny and clear.
Still a nice place to stay."

"The hotel staff was exceptional. The bed was probably the most comfortable during my 3.5 week stay in NZ! We were very lucky and had a room on the 23rd floor (corner room) with an amazing view of the harbor. The room was quite, clean and super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!"
