We visited during a heatwave (which is rare) but it was uncomfortably hot in the room, even with fans - air conditioning would be ideal and if the weather patterns continue, this might be a worthwhile investment? "This is a modern hotel which looks good from the outside, but we found it seriously lacking in a number of areas. First, we stayed for three days, but our room was never cleaned at all. I thought it was an oversight after the first night, but the second night the housekeeping staff was again a "no show." We told the front desk, and of course they profusely apologized.
