The person who checked us in was rude and demanded that hotels.com pay for 15 days worth of parking as that is what they saw on their system. They refused to check us in unless £150 was paid in addition to the fee already paid to them for bed and breakfast accommodation. We explained that we didn’t even...

"I checked in and left straight away. The room was very basic and too bright and I did not feel it was a very safe environment. The man who gave me the card for access to the room could hardly speak English and I could hear a baby crying the few minutes I was in the room. I went there as I needed some quiet time to do some paperwork and unfortunately this didn’t work out. I will go to the premier inn in future which is a much nicer place and about the same price."

"I appreciated getting feedback. I had a lot of questions because we knew we would be getting in late. Based on their description, I saw nothing about a shared bathroom. I have a bad bladder, and this gave me anxiety. There was a potential for 8 people sharing yhe bathroom. This would have been problematic if they had a packed house. We had to pay $30 US dollars to drive less than 4 miles. They took a 25 pound deposit and if they don't pay me back, I will be relentless. "
