On the evening of the 13th there was a massive thunderstorm move through with tornado warnings. The power switched to generator and the elevators stopped. "We absolutely loved our stay. The decor, the comfort. We enjoyed practically everything. Our only critique: EXTREMELY loud inside studio 5 when anyone is in the hall (just walking even). So much more noticeably loud than comparable buildings. I’m not sure if this is acoustics or lack of insulation. "My room 110 was in front of the gym and it was noisy. It was noise coming from the outside of the window too. Also, the air conditioner was extremely loud and disrupted my sleep when it came on. Lastly, I asked for a cup of coffee at 9:02 a.m., and was told by a staff member that she couldn’t brew anymore coffee. Coffee is typically standard in the morning at a hotel."
