The staff was very nice, room was very clean and modern. Only reason I didn’t give this a five star is because the bed was way to squishy, no support my back was killing me and could not get a deep sleep. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel especially if you plan on using the street car.

The room and hotel are modern and clean with a minimalistic vibe. A good business hotel, close driving distance to the crown center and the plaza if you want to see some of KC while there. The buffet breakfast offered a great selection. The valet parking was really helpful given the downtown location. The staff were all very pleasant.

If we come back to KC again, we will be staying at the AC Hotel by Marriott. I have not one complaint about the place. Beautiful hotel, the friendliest of staff and a fabulous room that was probably the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in.
