Khách sạn Black Mountain

"Fabulous Hampton Inn located so well within walking distance of charming and booming Black Mountain with restaurants and shops and artisan galleries. Easy drive to Asheville as well and the room rate was 40% less than properties just minutes away. Quiet with great service and friendly staff at the check in desk as well as the breakfast area. It is worthy of the 10 out of 10 rating it has received..."

"The basics were met. HVAC worked well, it did not run and run and room held temp. Keurig in lobby available at all times. Liked old school bedding; duvets at lots of hotels make you a sweaty mess but not their covers. I would not highly rate bathroom. Quality of soap and shampoo dispensers are low. The bathroom walls dated and worn and the toilet paper dispenser is hanging on by a thread. There is a large gap at bottom of our room, 103, making it easy for the spider that was in our bed to get in...

"This is an older hotel, nothing fancy as with most of this brand, but it was comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints."

"sadly we did not enjoy our stay and we are old house lovers - the location was great being close to town and the WIFI was excellent but the room was not what we would have expected for the price - small with tub in the middle, toilet so close to the wall it was difficult to sit on, shower that went from frigid to burning hot off & on, no soap, 1/2 bottle of shampoo, the room was too hot and stuffy even with both windows open, bed was called queen but felt more like a double, bedding had cigaret"

"I stayed in the Milton room and it was beautiful. The Hotel has a very warm feeling with lots of comfortable seating downstairs to socialize. The owner sent me an email with self check-in instructions making it very easy to proceed directly to my room. She even called me leaving a message making sure I was aware of the email and asked if I had any questions. It made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay again and recommend them to any couple who wants a romantic getaway."

"Recently remodeled motel is conveniently located in Black Mountain and is a great value. The room, bathroom, and linens were very clean. Staff was very friendly."

"The staff was great and was always available when needed."

"ok"

"Beautiful location. Staff was nice and friendly. Front desk was professional and cordial. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Had one dinner at the restaurant and I had chicken tenders - really good. Waitress was very friendly. Prices were as to be expected. Room was clean. I wish the bathroom was a little bigger and that the shower had a pull-down head. I would recommend!!!"

"The hotel was basic. The property was adequately maintained. The rooms were not well maintained and was low quality; decor was of poor quality, tv channel options were limited, and the property felt cheap."

"Staying on property was peaceful and magical. Walk to dinner. Walk to breakfast. Walk to winery. Walk to village. Short drive to Biltmore. Very convenient."

"Very noisy room from street traffic. Minimal support from staff with issues and dismissive attitude from overnight shift staff. I will not return."

"Excellent retreat location"

"We had a room over the breakfast area and the pool which was noisy in the morning and a little strange having a window viewing the indoor pool."

"Very clean and surprisingly good breakfast."

"Need gluten free bread or pastries"

"We’ve stayed here several times over the years. Always clean and friendly."

"I had the pleasure of staying at The Restoration Hotel for one night to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. This unique boutique hotel offers a charming atmosphere and is perfectly located near many of downtown Asheville's attractions. Before my arrival, I spoke with Kaylie, a Guest Curator, who helped me explore package options and graciously arranged a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday. Upon arriving, Morgan provided a warm...
