"The exterior portions of the property were very well maintained. The interior was clean, but the stairwells were hard to navigate with luggage. We were not able to bring in all of our equipment into the room because it was upstairs. Unfortunately, our bikes had to stay out in the snow all weekend long there was no option for covered bike rack."

"This place has no stairs at all. If you park under ground, have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to floor one. Breakfast is also downstairs. So if any mobility issues, this is not the hotel for you. Also pumped/sprayed a floral smell into the halls. Front desk was not friendly at all. Didn’t even look up from their phones when you’d pass by. Breakfast - none on one day, eggs (were rubber), sausage, waffle maker and breads only on second day. Room - huge gaps in the floor tile, when I showered, the shower doors kept rolling open because the floor was uneven. Had to pull multiple hairs out of the sheets, was gross. Has heat, has AC, window opened, bed was fine. Was close to a bus stop to head up the mountain, good proximity to downtown if you have a car. Wouldn’t stay there again. "

"Room was clean an reasonably furnished but very small and cramped for 2 double beds and 2 adults. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Many nearby restaurants, stores, ski shops, coffee shops, liquor stores, etc. Also there is a municipal bus stop with a shuttle bus that goes up to Mammoth. Free WiFi worked well. Free parking. However, there was excess noise when occupants in room above walked around and the bathroom fan was very noisy. No breakfast, though there is free coffee/tea in the morning and vending machines in the lobby. And the front desk won't check your bags. "
