"Our room was extremely dusty. We had no shampoo, conditioner, or body soap. All of the containers in the bathroom. We’re empty. The pull out mattress in the living room had blood on the sheets and they were clearly dirty and not changed. I called the front desk to get new sheets, shampoo, conditioner, and soap for the bathroom. They brought the sheets after about an hour and a half. I never got any soap, conditioner or shampoo. I was told they couldn’t find it and I would have to wait till the next morning until housekeeping got in. Supposedly they were supposed to bring it first thing in the morning. I went down to the front desk at 10:30 A.M. and I still didn’t have it. There’s no AC in the rooms. There were two box fans. No screens on the windows so you couldn’t even leave the windows open without having bugs come in. I would never stay there again to be quite FRANK. I feel like the room was disgusting. It had a refrigerator. There was stuff spilled in the refrigerator. When I went to complain to the manager, he refunded 15% to me. I told him he can keep it but he insist it. So I’m not sure if this place is always like this or if it’s because it was the off-season. Either way I feel the room should be clean for customers. There was popcorn on the floor and underneath the couch. So the room clearly wasn’t vacuumed either."

"Hotel is under renovation and no one notified us. In our room looks like window just was installed since the window and windowsill both were dirty from construction. Unpleasant smell in the room I am guessing from old carpet. Hot breakfast ran out fast at 7:50am in the morning there were no waffle mix left to prepare waffles and only 2 meat patties."

"Beautiful and immaculate accommodations. Everything was above average. Staff was outstanding, valet service was unmatched and Gavin was a joy to work with. The beds were super comfortable and I loved the 1960’s version of our room fridge - super cute! View was magnificent from the balcony and the breakfast buffet was well stocked with great selections. Breakfast staff was so delightful and helpful. Everything to love about a stay away from home. And did I mention that it was a super quiet place - slept very well. Highly recommend it."
