"Beautiful view and peaceful. Wonderful location with several great places to eat with lots of seafood. The staff were very knowledgeable of local history. There were so many fantastic views to capture we will have to go again."

"The property is well maintained, the rooms are large and spacious and very clean. Very quiet and the bed was very very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and a huge shout out to Amy at the front door dispel the morning of the wedding we attended as there was a glitch in an accommodations elsewhere for my sister and her partner. There was one room available at Coastal Inn at short notice and available immediately so my family could get ready for the wedding. Amy was so understanding and accosting as held the room until my sister could see if she could fix up their other accommodations. I was very impressed with all the staff and the proximity of many amenities in Bayers Park. We were also 15 min away from the wedding venue in beautiful Prospect. Would definitely go back here again in future for future events, concerts etc .. lots of free parking as well. Also the breakfast included was substantial. Have stayed down town in the past and parking is such an issue and VERY expensive. And no breakfast included in many hotels. A 15-20 min drive from downtown Halifax. Would highly recommend this locale in future to anyone travelling from away or even if a few hours away and just need an overnighter. 😊"

"It was a unique experience and would recommend staying there. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean. If you are looking for a safe budget friendly place to lay your head this is a good spot for that. One thing I would suggest would be having a second blanket in the room in case it is needed in the middle of the night."

"Nicely renovated room. Free parking. Easy bus routes to downtown. Breakfast option on and/or very near site. Staff friendly and helpful. No hooks or rail for towels - but hopefully that'll be fixed as part of process of upgrading the room."

"“You get what you pay for”…in this case meaning “Money well spent!” The staff was absolutely awesome, every single staff. The amenities were perfect. The room…let’s talk about that room, it was like living in a luxury suite for the few days we stayed there. The shower floor is very slippery, so be careful!! The bed was super comfortable. And the staff was so awesome they lacked breakfast for us t go, as we had an early flight, very considerate gesture. And that dining area where breakfast was served & the food options were the best!!! Ample parking & the hotel is located in a convenient area that is 20 mins from the boardwalk & 40 mins from Peggy’s Cove. And there’s a lot of restaurants & shops. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Halifax Tower Hotel Staff!!!"
