Its cash only on arrival which i didn’t know so I contacted before hand and the manager managed to arrange it for me and go straight sleep that day and sort it tomorrow. It has honestly been amazing. "We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service. When we got to the alternative hotel the rooms were not ready and it was 7.45pm before we finally got into our room.
