"The room was nice but a few appliances did not work properly for my stay. The tv service was super glitchy and displayed errors multiple times. The dishwasher did not work. Some of the cooking utensils were dirty and extremely over used. The welcoming staff was great. But on two separate occasions the staff seemed very dismissive. I also love the design of the resort. The security was great as well. "
