"The coffee maker did not work. The property does not use guest keys to enter the elevators. As a result there are multiple people going up to rooms in the middle of the night specifically at 2, 3, and 4 AM, and they are not guests. They yell and scream in the hall and disturb guests. I expect that hookers were going up to the rooms or hookers were inviting men up to the rooms. I would not have expected this from the Hilton. Most other hotels use room keys in the elevators to ensure only guests can go up to the rooms. Also the pool and exercise rooms were closed and would be closed for a three months. The snack area was not open and had not been used in months. The bar and restaurant did not look like it was used much…maybe the food was not good? We never received a breakfast in the morning. Overall it is a poor hotel to stay at and we will never stay there again."
