"In our room, the bed had a noise problem. Given the shortness of my two-night stay, I chose not to generate a formal complaint. However, the next room housed a canine that began barking at 4 p.m. Upon returning at 8 p.m. from our departure on Saturday at 5 p.m., the barking persisted. I informed the management staff about this situation. Despite these technical drawbacks, I believe that the accommodation offers adequate value for money."

"Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to local restaurants and bars. Our room was "City view" and it was a bit loud but they give ear plugs. I would recommend a portable fan or white noise to help. It didn't effect our sleep. My husband and I stayed 2 nights and went hiking. Ricketts Glen State Park and Falls were 1 hour 20 minutes away and well worth the travel there and back for a great day trip. The falls were amazing! Also, hiked Bushkill Falls which was 20 minutes...

"I would never tell anyone to stay at this old, run down place. No amenities in the room, room very small & old. Steps to building very dangerous. Room had a full bed, small round table, a chair & an old TV. Very old A/C unit. Bathroom so small you could hurt yourself in it. Din't even supply wash cloths. I woould rate it a 0 on a scale of 1 to 10. They should pay people to stay there, not the other way around. You are making a big mistake having them on your list of places to stay"

"I checked out after seeing my room. The owner refused to refund my money! The facility was not updated as advertised. The pictures where staged. The appearance of the room was not even close except for the wallpaper behind the bed! I had to drive further down to stay at the Days Inn which was much nicer. Advice to future travels, keep driving! Very dirty!"

"Lovely setting and history of the inn and golf course was interesting . Really came to golf and was not disappointed. Course was very well maintained and fun to play. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. Enjoyed the jazz on Tuesday outside and the brewery pizza was yummy. Our meal at the Inn’s restaurant was fabulous! I had trout and it was perfect. Calimari was best I ever had. New chef is very inventive. Only negative is there were ants in our room and the place needs a bit of paint here...

"When we walked in, the top bedspread for one of the beds had blood stains. The carpet was fully stained, and so were the lampshades. The bathroom countertop was still dirty as well. Overall, one of the worst cleaned rooms I’ve stayed in at a Hampton Inn. There was also no body wash in the bathroom. However the worst part of the stay was that the whole room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking property. Many of the reviews complained of the same, but the smell lingered all...

"The shower head in room 4 barely spit out any water. The kitchen was closed which defeated the point of it being a bed and breakfast experience. The pool was also not working due to some pump issue which I was unaware of until I arrived. I was under the impression that there was a fully functioning, kitchen and fully working pool. when we got there, we waited about 20 minutes until somebody finally came to check us in after I had to go looking for help."
