"This place never disappoints us. This is the 5th time we’ve stayed here and we will stay again. It’s always clean and the staff is very friendly. The night time gentleman is always great and the ladies in the mornings are super nice."

"Hotel lobby was very tacky with many, many fake flower arrangements everywhere. Breakfast was very basic and the same every day (3 nights). Hotel needs major upgrade and was not maintained. Bathroom floor was scary. Holes in shower where grab bar used to be. Stains all over sink counter. Sheets and pillowcases were wrinkled. Room was not cleaned in the 3 days we were there. Staff never at front desk - always had to call them. Pool stairs were broken and roped off - pool and hottub looked suspect so we were AFRAID to use them."

"I thought this was right off I75 but was 8 miles off of I75. The dishwasher in the room was broken and trying to regulate the temperature with the heavy blankets were a bit of a challenge. The breakfast was okay. Not sure I would stay again."

"This is not the typical standard expected of a Holiday Inn. The hotel rooms are in need of updates. I think the carpet was new as it was taped at the door way. The curtains were old and not hanging properly so we had to use hangers to bring them together. There was mold behind the AC. The shower is in a tub and not a walk in. Tiles are coming up in the bathroom. The parking lot is unkept and trashy. Signs in the elevator are taped up with blue painting tape stating pool towels are available. Looks trashy. Orange juice and pancake mix were watered down. Bananas were brown. Only one coffee machine worked. The tables were dirty. There were crumbs in the fresh cookie container with no fresh cookies for the time we were there. No coffee maker in our room. We paid $500 for 3 nights. Not cheap. The staff were very friendly. I can’t fault the staff. It just felt cheap and that’s not the normal feel of a Holiday Inn.. I left a blue pair of sandals by the door on my way out and when I called later that day so my daughter could run by and pick them up they never called me back. I know exactly where I left the sandals. They were there. I would have appreciated the call back I was promised…total disappointment.. might have to avoid Holiday Inn moving forward.. "

"The guys up front was nice the room when we got there underneath the pullout couch was filthy. The mattress on the pullout couch was nasty. The whole second floor when you got off the elevator it smelled literally like death. I basically were forced to stay because it was nonrefundable and I couldn’t get on a switch to another hotel. I honestly do not recommend staying at this hotel, because it needs better cleaning stuff and maintenance staff because obviously they’re not doing their jobs."

"Internet access is pretty bad. Couldnt get my laptop to get past the required login page. Called tech support. They decided to have me permanently bypass their login page by providing my mac address. Getting my tablet to connect much less get to their login page was also extremely frustrating. Often times took 5 to 6 tries before the login page would even show. Problem existing regardless of where I tried in the hotel. Once the laptop or tablet connected, the internet was extremely slow with lots of timeouts (or buffering if attempting to stream). And since I stayed for the week and hotel vacancy in the middle of the week was pretty high, poor internet performance cannot be blamed on overcrowding. Very frustrating. I also rented a suite (kingsize bed and a sitting area). The sitting area was essentially useless because there were no lights (no sconces, no corner lights, no table lights, etc.) in the area. The couch and lounge area were just too dark to be used even with all the lights turned on in the rest of the room. Very disappointing. On the plus side, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room maids paid attention to detail and were equally friendly and helpful."
