"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! A lot of aspects to love about the place: rooms were spacious and we stayed in one that had a deck which was great to relax and have a drink and look at the sunset, plus a kitchen so we could make breakfast in our room. Beach was 50 feet away with free entry including chairs and towels (get there early if you want one of the chairs under an umbrella-type thing). As it’s a boutique hotel, the service from everyone great/personal, especially Zandra & Stephanie! We loved the location as it’s 15 minutes north of Willemstad; the other major beaches are all within 20 minutes to the north; Airport is 5 minutes to the east; grocery stores and a mall are 1 mile away. Note: you need a car to get around and some of the beaches are on rocky roads, so I suggest a midsize car vs a Mr. Bean car. In all, we really enjoyed out hotel and Curacao"

"Staff was unaccommodating. The Staff acted as though they had better things to do than serive the patrons. Regardless of the request weather it was bottle water for the room, clean towels, or just plain toilet tissue it was at least a three to four hour wait if the request was fulfilled at all. For example requested a chicken club sandwich at midnight and did not receive it till almost 4am and thats after I had to personally come down and find a staff member working the kitchen. Which at that point the staff member made the sandwich in front of me in mere minutes, 8 to be exact. So what was the hold up from midnight till 3:30am, if I never came to request and wait for the food in person would i have ever received it? Mind you room service is stated to be open fron midnight to 6am. This service is completely unacceptable for the prices expected for the patrons of the Dreams Resort to pay. "

"Check in was poor as there was no one there to check-in with and we had to wait for some time, then we were unable to go to the room as there had been a power outtage and the room would be ready in about 30 minutes and they'd message us. Over an hour later, with cold food needing refrigeration, still no message, and no idea where the room was as we were waved in a general direction and told a parking spot number that had been taken already. The room itself was lovely overall, but it was unbearably hot and no internet available. After 3 hours of reaching out with whatsapp and the property app, we still had no response. Other guests had gathered at the check in with similar issues and no communication, noting this was a common issue prior to the power outtage so in giving benefit of the doubt with major power concerns, it seemed this was poorly organized, including front gate security as there were no directions provided as it had said in the guest app. Beyond these major issues, smaller details would benefit from correction, with highlights on installing a shelf anywhere in or near the shower to be able to access shower essentials as these had to be placed on the floor and there were no replacement trash bags or instructions for the washer and dryer."

"the apartment is even more spacious than the pictures show. It's very well located, a short walk to the beach. It had a cone filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine, a blender, a toaster, an oven that can also run as a microwave (read the documentation in the drawer), and even a foosball table! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a safe and a lovely terrace overlooking Blue Bay. There is a nice pool reserved to people from the building. Each room had a working AC unit and each room had a walk-in closet with shelves."
