"Staff was very friendly and helpful, some accents and translations between certain staff was hard at times but overall a wonderful experience here. All of Hyatt amenities from dreams, imare(I think I spelled it correctly) and zoetry are all included during your stay which was a pleasant experience. Make sure to check activities between each resort via the app they have you download so you dont miss anything."

"I went with my husband and 2 sons, ages 9 and 12. It has been the best hotel we have stayed in. It’s a small hotel so it was not crowded at all and sometimes we had the pool to ourselves. Darik at the bar was amazing. He was very attentive and made the best cocktails. We would also buy food at the bar when we got back from a beach day and didn’t feel like going out. The room was very comfortable and clean. It has a small kitchenette with all necessary cooking utensils. There were other guests there with children, but the hotel was quiet and peaceful. We could hear the cars from the boulevard behind the hotel, but it was not bothersome. There was also a lot of parking so it was never an issue. We will definitely stay there again and again."

"It would have been nice to have more adult entertainment or more of a party scene available. Seemed very relaxed though, but on the weekends I expected a little more. Overall I can't complain, the staff were so nice and accommodating. And always had a smile."
