"Huge room for a great price!"

"Staff, gave me different directions for things that I needed. Weekend staff was not as informed as weekday staff. Breakfast service again was great on the weekdays, but the weekends were not as clean and efficent. Sometimes they didn’t even turn the lights on over your area. Pool… was dirty. The white sides had built up, scum on it. Very disappointing for the amount of money and the reputation they have. Maintenance came to my room 3 times to fix didn’t stuff. "First off, the room we booked, a 2 bedroom suite was not available even though I booked it months before the trip. Ended up getting 2 rooms across the hall from each other. Rooms were clean, the lady at check in was a bit overwhelmed, was a bit stressed over our room being given away. Breakfast was okay. It was nice having the full kitchen since my daughter had to wash bottles and her pumping equipment."

"The room I stayed in was awful. The TV was really blurry and garbled. the shower was okay. it was a room made for accessibility so it was extra large and those amenities were nice for anyone who would have been disabled. but, I didn't get any sleep for two full nights. it was in the corner on the top and there was huge water noises coming through the walls all night long and a rattle in the air conditioner that I couldn't get to because it was behind a locked door so I had to just turn it off...

"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The hotel is beautiful and we loved the music theme. The staff went so far out of their way to help us and let us know about the hotel amenities and town events. Everything at the hotel was top notch and we liked that it wasn't too big. Wonderful hotel!"

"Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment.
