"No tv although on description, pets had been in property although no pets on description. parking is awful and dangerous"

"Communication in the build up and during check in was fantastic. The pictures represented the property, the bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen well equipped and the property was spotless. However, we had a problem 1 evening and needed to reach the host, the only way to try to contact was through various automated channels and we never heard back from anyone despite including a video of the problem."

"Very clean comfy good location and lovely staff well worth a visit"

"It was great except pillows were not comfortable too hard , And the bed mattress was not 1 peace it was attached in the middle . Everything else was great and we had a great stay there and definitely we will come back and also recommend it to our friends ."

"I had to call the hotel to arrange a very late/early check in, outside normal hours and the staff was very accommodating. We had to wake them in the middle of the night but the hotel was able to get us into our room and some much needed sleep."

"Excellent facilities for our family base, couldn't have asked for more in terms of quality of location, equipment and entertainment for all including games, media etc. We wanted a location we could use to explore the whole island and we found it worked perfectly. Couldn't have been cleaner, great welcome pack to help you when you first get there, safe parking, great garden grounds to utilise, family friendly and ran by a great couple who are close by for any reassurances you may need."

"AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! stayed here for work, only room left available was a "superior suite" arrived at the property which is in a very remote area (which was nice but also left nothing to do) checked in to find my "suite" had been forcibly downgraded to a twin room, after i'd checked in i went straight for dinner because the restaurant was due to close at 9pm (food was very average as well, i'm 1/4 Italian and the italian cuisine here was tasteless and small im portion size, very...

"Could not fault this place. Had a excellent 3 nights. "

"Breakfast was good. Nothing else was. Not recommended. Our room was directly above the bar with a live band, which meant room shaked and vibrated. Continued until after 11pm to be replaced with loud music until midnight. When asking the staff what time it would finish, the manager intervened into an amicable conversation and proceeded to be aggressive, confrontational and abusive towards to me. This included calling me an offensive term multiple times. And suggesting to his staff that they...

"Very dirty property, dirty tissues, crumbs and dirty bedding in the rooms, had to leave as we refused to stay there unfortunately"

"The property was up a hill. The view across the Menai straights was beautiful. The room was a decent size and warm. The bathroom was clean and a good size. The shower was good. The staff were helpful , friendly and polite .There was lots of room to sit at reception where there was also a book swap. The restaurant was a bit like a canteen, but the food was good. The hotel reminded me of halls of residents at a university and it is next to the university. The reception said they use it for...

"Spacious and well appointed room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent stay."

"Absolutely lovely. For a family of 5 visiting the area with young children this was absolutely perfect. Lovely clean place with all the amenities that we needed. We will definitely stay there again if we are ever back in the area."
