"I was extremely disturbed with the booking process for the hotel. The telephone representative was rude, arrogant, and refused, yes refused to let me speak directly to the hotel. I called about 5 times. When I asked about the price of 141.00 listed in your online add she said that was an error. When I asked about a Military, AAA, or AARP discount she said that you did not participate in those discounts. I still booked a room there because we have used it for weddings, funerals, etc. in the past."
"Room fine - needed place to sleep when truck broke down, tried to see if hotel could assist in middle of no where to get uber or help with ride from chevron 12 miles away, almost lost room because no one would help me, had to basically hitchhike to hotel but bed def comfortable after being outside and broken down all day - clean shower just annoyed no one who lived /worked in that area could assist and I was limited with internet access"
"Avoid this motel unless absolutely desperate. The person working at the front desk seemed more like a guest than an employee. No uniform, and didn't seem to know anything about the property. Weird. The outside of the facility seemed was filthy. Trash on the ground. plus the exterior paint looked pretty worn. The room was just halfway clean. The floor seemed pretty clean and so did the bed. However, the shower and tub were dirty. The toilet didn't seem to have water going to it. After the 1st flush you had to manually refill the tank. The A/C was weak and so was the wifi. No ice machine. The most positive thing I can say about the place is that it is close to the freeway and there is a gas station and convenience store attached to the property."
