"We had to ask for the side table to be wiped at checkin. The king bed was two twin mattresses put together on a queen size frame so the one mattress was hanging over about a foot with no support. We booked at this hotel knowing the sister hotel had the pool, we didn’t know that you have to rent towels at the pool. What frustrated us here was that they charge extra for every facility. Water bottles and soda in the room, charge. You want to sit on a chair at the pool? Charge. "We stayed in a bungalow for 3 days, staff were friendly and accommodating, the restaurant served delicious food (I had tortellini) and where we stayed was clean and spacious and had a tv which was excellent. Only downside was the pool not being open during our stay and us not being made aware of a bus strike that meant we had to walk into town on one of the days but otherwise no problems!"
