"AMAZING STAFF. Every single staff member we encountered were very kind, friendly and helpful. Hotel had 2 large events (Wedding and Comic Con) happening. Bartender stayed open to accommodate guests. He was insanely busy for a hotel bar, yet remained calm and friendly."
"The price was great
The room felt new and was very clean
Cynthia at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful
We will stay here again the next time we’re in town."
"Checked in and went to the room. Entering the room it smelled musty and foul. The bed linens were dirty. The phone did not work. The bathroom toilet seat was not bolted on. The bathroom mirror was dirty. The carpet was dirty and frayed. I went downstairs to tell the staff. She assigned me another room. The second room had minimal lighting in the bathroom with only half the mirror lights working. There was mold around the shower as well as a stopped up tub drain. The room also had a musty smell. There was hair on the pillowcase, dust on the walls and lamps, particles of hair and dirt around the bed skirt. It was also noisy with people slamming doors, walking hard upstairs, and dogs barking inside. Was not a pleasant stay."

WHAT A GREAT FIND!!!
This was one of the best nights of sleep we've had in a hotel! Check-in was great, the room was very clean and the bed.... WOW! So comfy! The shower has the best water pressure!
Truly one of the best hotel stays we've had- and we travel a lot!!
Thank you for a great stay!!

Holiday Inn Express Suites Van Buren-Ft Smith Area by IHG
8/10 Good
"Large quiet room, very comfortable. Lobby was attractive and new-looking. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, though. They have fancy coffee machines which grind the beans and brew each cup individually. It took a few minutes and we were really looking forward to excellent coffee, but it was weak and tasteless. I don't know if they used cheap beans, reduced the amount of beans, or maybe set it for too much water per cup. We each used a different machine, so it wasn't a fluke. They were huge Styrofoam cups, which was another disappointment; why not paper cups like most hotels?
The rest of breakfast was typical: "omelette" disks in a chafing dish, fake yogurt (Yoplait is NOT yogurt, it is pudding made with cornstarch). They had a pancake machine but it was very slow. The best part was the nice cinnamon rolls."
