"We were very disappointed that the hotel did not disclose ongoing renovations at the time of booking. The work was centered in the entrance lobby, making coming and going feel unsafe and hectic with our one-year-old. Between the loud construction noise and the overpowering paint fumes, it was not a suitable environment for a young child. Transparency is key, and we should have been given the chance to book elsewhere given the conditions."

The room was clean but the desk and chair needed to be wiped down. The heat knocked a little but it was nice and warm. The staff was friendly and accommodating and we were able to bring our dog along, so that was a big plus. "

"This place has had water damage or something. Smelled like mold when we walked in. foors we dirty, my nieces' socks turned black walking on the floor in her room. The shower had black mold. Chair in my room was stained and was afraid to sit on it. Did not check out the breakfast "
