"Affordable price with good service. Plus free breakfast. Close to bus stop and train station. Very convenient to go anywhere. Bed is comfortable. Room is very clean. We did change stay to Hilton , pay extra $100 per night. Later we move back to holiday inn , Because the same conditions of the room , but Hilton is no breakfast and far from train station. Compared both, holiday inn express is our best choice. "

"Good location, staff was friendly and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel. My room was next to the staff-restaurant door so it was pretty noisy from around 5 am. "

"Nice hotel and good location but a bit dated with uncomfortable bed and no room service after midnight which is absurd for a hotel of this size and stature. Walls also paper thin so you can hear your neighbors talking or crying etc. staff doesn’t ask how your stay was on departure "

"Shuttle doesnt run between 9am - 5pm. Hotel restaurant is closed for dinner on friday and saturdays and doesnt do lunch unless for large group request, fair enough as its a transit horel but just not anywhere super nearby to get food. Remedied it by walking to a local supermarket 1km or so away. Hotel very clean though and modern, can't complain about that and it was cheap."

"Je n'ai pas eu le temps de profiter du spa dommage . ce sera pour une prochaine fois. la chambre est super ; le petit déjeuner excellent et diversifié . On y trouve également un programme Veggie. Le personnel du restaurant , du bar est vraiment accueillant . J'ai eu un petit souci à mon arrivée avec une femme qui semblait vraisemblablement désabréable mais une fois n'est pas coutume ; le lendemain il y en avait une autre très gentille. "Appears to be predominantly a business hotel. However, Reception and cleaning staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. There are a few cafes for breakfast within walking distance but not much in the way of restaurants nearby for an evening meal. We tended to walk into the historic centre to eat in the evening. We ate breakfast in the hotel on our last morning and it was plentiful and delicious. "

"Staff very kind and helpful. Decor modern and minimalist, very clean. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Nice shopping nearby. Quick walk to central train station. Uber to airport €35 reserved in advance. Breakfast for €34 was mundane. (More like a US interstate motel than an upscale property) but other features of the hotel make up for that if you eat breakfast at a nearby coffee shop. And back to the best: staff warm friendly welcoming and helpful! "

"The hotel is lovely, the rooms are a great size and I really enjoyed the quirky decor, the bed is amazingly comfortable and HUGE. There isn’t much in the local area immediately outside of the hotel, but the tram / metro is very close plus it’s 15-20 minutes to Grand Place by foot anyway. The only downside, and it is a big downside, is that it’s very noisy. Perhaps this is just if you’ve got a room on the front of the hotel like we did. "Everything was great, the staff were really accommodating and the hotel smelled amazing. It is also really centric, you won’t have to take the subway/metro/underground once. The only thing is the room had a weird smell, it wasn’t bad, just weird, but everything else was amazing."
