"Pancake machine was , again, unavailable. Why does this keep happening at every HIE?
Some breakfast foods unavailable and not filled because of so many guests. Do they not receive a count previous to providing food? Lots of guests the morning of 4/10/26.
Also: The pool was NOT heated! They staff couldn't provided explanation as to why. Not acceptable"

"This hotel is old. Some renovations have been attempted in the room I was in. Great hot water and strong shower. Mediocre bedding. Not great on cleanliness. Cooling was fine. The saving grace is the lake view and across the street routinely wild rams in the park. Nearby restaurant permanently closed."

"The smoke from the casino permiates the property like many other casinos it is hard to want to be there to gamble for long, ashtrays were overflowing by the doors making it even more uncomfortable to walk into the casino. the room was clean but had no fridgerator which was a big negative. Old hotel with some newer upgrades but overall the building is in poor shape. "

"The staff was beyond incredible, I can’t say that enough. I wanted to find a manager to compliment them, the ladies at the front desk, the bartenders and the wonderful ladies at the gift shop, everyone treated us like we were their good friends, I’d come back foe the staff alone! The bed was soooo comfortable, especially after a long hike, and the rooms are huge!"

"Waffles were good. Room had crumbs on floor from previous guests, smelled funny and the night front desk staff had the tv in the volume on the tv turned up that you could hear it in the room. I was on the 2nd floor above the front desk."

"Area is nice, clean, quiet and safe. The Towneplace Suites by Marriott is literally right across from the SpringHill Suites by Marriott. Staff were nice & friendly. The room is very spacious, microwave, fridge & coffee maker included. Bathroom is also nice and large and the sink area is located outside the bathroom/toilet/shower area which is nice and convenient. However, it would be nice if there was an outlet to plug in a nightlight for late night toilet use. You have to turn on the lights...
