"It was terrible!!!
Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!!
Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!!
We waited two hours have no one call us back !!!
At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!!
We need our MONEY BACK "

"I booked this hotel as I was attending a football match in the area. We didn’t stay the night though as the wind was bowling and howling in through one of the window seals. Let the property know but they haven’t offered a refund or discount, bit disappointing therefore wouldn’t stay again."

"Great location for the beach and O2.
Very friendly host and informative about local places to eat and visit.
Spacious room, very clean and comfy
A fridge is provided for guests to use, very useful in this warm weather and also provided a fan for the room.
Parking space provided
Couldn’t fault hotel, would recommend and will return 5*"
