"The breakfast was amazing.The front desk staff were amazing, and gave us the extra pillows we requested. The the housekeeping staff was surley and refused to clean our room when asked. The bed was okay not super comfortable but not super uncomfortable either. The worst thing was that they have no water pressure in the shower, like zero."

"Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The free breakfast was good and plentiful. Stayed here for one night so not much else to say. There aren't any food options near by, so if you don't have a car, that may be an issue for you. However, the hotel itself is great."

"We were on the first floor, and until our third night all was fine. Then a very energetic family was above us and the floor creaked badly as the children jumped around. And maybe a dog was scratching because there was a thumping. We couldn’t sleep until they finally went to bed at midnight. "

The staff did not apologize for the inconvenience and denied to accommodate my husband and I in anyway. I felt disrespected and dismissed as a guest. "

"This property is OK- depends on what you're looking for. POOL IS STILL CLOSED AS OF 5/3/26. We've stayed here a couple times because of its proximity to NHMS. Will we stay again? Oh probably. Pros: -Rooms are clean -Beds are comfortable -Close to both Concord and NHMS -Breakfast spread is alright Cons: -No pool currently -Rooms are not even remotely sound-proof. If people are having a conversation in the hallway, you're in on it too. -Gym equipment is ancient. The treadmill is worse than...

"We went for pool and hot tub. They did not disappoint. The pools a bit small but no one else was there so it was perfect. Just wish there was a changing room for it."

"They overbooked the hotel and gave my sisters room away for her second day. Her room also had water damage over the bed. She was told just to pull the bed out if it started leaking. Our room smelled of mildew when we entered with condensation on the inside of the window. The tv would randomly turn itself off or the channels wouldn’t come on. For breakfast it wasn’t very good either, not having everything it stated it would have. I had to get my own plates and bowls out the cabinet when they ran...

"The bacon was perfect and the pancakes a treat but the eggs were less than stellar. Well maintained property with a friendly and courteous staff. A 2nd chair would be nice but would probably crowd the room Overall, a pleasant choice."
