"Awful service. The room had a bad smell & they did nothing about it saying it’s because the AC hasn’t been running prior to check in. I requested an extra towel and they never brought it to my room. I’m expecting someone to reach out to me about this experience "

"This is a very old property- the room furniture was pretty worn out. The heating system wasn’t working, so they brought in a portable room heater. I’m very glad they did this- but it’s just an example of how worn out things are. The breakfast area was very full, too many people to get to the coffee & food. Tables weren’t cleaned between guests. But the price was fairly low, and the location was convenient for us, so we chose to stay here"

After showering, a strong smell would develop, which made it necessary to keep the bathroom door closed in order to remain comfortable in the room. If it weren’t for this issue, I would have rated the hotel much higher."
