"Smooth check in…quiet room.. no problems"

"The rooms were set up weird. There wasn’t enough towels for the room we were staying in. It said there was a pool and there was not."

"I would normally give this place a higher rating but there's quite a bit of construction at present. Pool is still open and it's common areas are clean as well as the rooms. Noise is actually kept to a minimum, but the restaurant/bistro was closed off and we did not try the alternative breakfast that was offered in another area for a fee. Regardless, staff was pleasant and helpful, location was good and I suspect by the end of the summer it will be back to 100%."

"The room felt cozy and accommodating. The black out curtains were a nice touch. The night shift lobby clerk was very friendly and came and checked on a concern of ours. The indoor/outsoor pool was amazing. Hot tubs are my favorite and it was very relaxing but was slightly too hot! Overall it’s my new favorite hotel!"

"I’ve been staying here for about a month everything about the personnel and property is top notch or I wouldn’t continue to stay here. I don’t like how much the rates have increased since I first came here and I will have to find other accommodations due that fact. I simply can’t afford to stay here much longer. But I do understand due to the economic climate that the war is causing the upward prices everywhere."

"This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in, we checked out faster than we checked in, everything was filthy from the first step into the building, the furniture was broken and dirty, the carpet was stained all over, the floors were sticky and the whole place smelled awful, I could keep going but the list would never end. DO NOT STAY HERE, RUN FAR AWAY!"

"Noise from other guests was bothersome coming and going after midnight. Doors slamming at times. AC was nice and cool. Stove, fridge, bathroom nice and clean. Bed was fair+ comfort for sleeping. TV had good programming choices."

"This is our favorite place to stay. We always utilize Homewood Suites for our stays. They are always clean, the staff is always terrific, and the stay is always pleasant."

"Excellent for.business folks, not families. No meal service-just frozen or snacks. Set TV volume at top (79) - couldn’t hear clearly. Reported Day 1 & not fixed 4 days later at checkout. Bar wat staff stood outdoors on a phone instead of taking our orders, so made popcorn & one frozen dinner. Great city to visit or do business, but suggest not Aloft for families. Just sleep here & eat somewhere else"

"Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but my room was not ready when I arrived at 3:45 PM. I had to wait until after 4:45 PM, which was very disappointing after a long and tiring trip."

"I wish we would have known it was being remodeled. It was messy on our floor, and it smelled of construction dust. The kids were anxious to swim but the patio and pool was under construction and wasn’t open. We could use the pool at the hotel next door, but with state track and all the track teams in town we thought it would be very crowded."

"The manger is completely unprofessional. We were accused of tampering with smoke detectors which we did not do. There was a fire pit outside that we used every night we were there for a night cap. So there this was clearly a made up story. The manger claimed the fire department came at 10am when we were still in the room during that time. There were also crumbs in the bed maybe indicating the room had not been properly cleaned. The beds were horrible as well as the worn out pillows. The front...

"Property is severely dated, needs updating. Loud guests, cops were there last night. Continental breakfast was terrible. Biscuits were very hard. Sausage patties were very over cooked. Juice machine out of apple and cranberry juice."
