"Dirty carpet, hair on the towels, stained sheets, parking lot was not up kept. I travel pretty often in the Midwest and this was the worst. Holiday Inn should revoke the franchise membership of this property."

"The property is great. Rooms were old furniture and maintained well nonetheless. The place was big and great. The concierge tried charging me triple the cost of the house. Had no clue until I showed my actual reservations"

"This hotel is absolutely spotless and incredibly well-maintained. There's a large shopping mall nearby, and you can easily visit H-Mart to enjoy a wide variety of international foods and groceries. They also offer complimentary breakfast and coffee. The only downside is that the rooms on the second floor can be quite noisy due to traffic."

"There was a gentleman that checked me in however he was pretty rude. We arrived at 2pm and asked if early check in was possible and we didn’t think so, but we asked anyway. Answer was no that’s fine I hang out until 3pm, I go to the desk and he says “the room isn’t ready.” I ask what they can do. Another gentleman comes over and says “can’t you give her a room that’s clean” and he tries to come over and make adjustments, but the rude receptionist even goes as far as making the keyboard...

"I had an unusual situation where I started choking in the restaurant and staff had full attention to me to make sure I was ok. Also gave extra water to go. As a whole a fantastic hotel, has everything you need. Great restaurant and room service. The room layout is really exceptional and comfortable. "We stayed at the Hampton Inn Carol Stream this past weekend, our room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was great, breakfast was hot and tasty each morning. The only complaint we had is that our air conditioning was leaking water all over the floor in our room. We did alert the staff to this, and they had maintenance come up to fix it. Unfortunately the a/c continued to leak all over the floor, so the entire area around the air conditioning and couch were fully...
