"Check in was HORRENDOUS!! The woman at the FD hates her job and is clearly an unhappy person in general. We had one other interaction with her during our stay that was equally as awful. She should look for a job somewhere more suited for her like collections or possibly repossessions… We absolutely will not be back. Home 2 Suites is 3 min away and where we plan on being next year!"

"This Hotel has always been a nice place to stay. The price is reasonable and the rooms are good. The beds are comfortable and everything is always clean and fresh. Breakfast included is a plus."

"Everything was great but the only thing I didnt like is that when the time comes for breakfast to be over the employee in charge of the day comes and literally takes the plate of food from you and says we have to throw it because breakfast is over I found that very disrespectful because we already had the food it’s not like we were getting new items after the breakfast was closed"

"I have been staying at this establishment on an offer for four years and the customer service just gets worse specifically with the supervisor who's consistently on her phone and doesn't even bother to hang up to attend to customers and never is at the front desk where she should be, multiple occasions she has little baby back there with her while she's working, she's never dress professional always in some leggings or something ghetto and one time even disappeared with a male worker for well...

"I'm not too picky but honestly I was very disappointed of my stay. All the rooms smelled horrible like smoke, even the non-smoking ones. The floor was dirty. And to top it off there was a major leak from the roof inside the restroom to the point were the restroom was not able to be used. I respectfully approached the staff regarding the issue and they couldn't accommodate my family and I to another room and gave me towels to clean the flood inside the restroom. Honestly the worst hotel...
