"The staff was great and helpful, the room was nice, some little stains on the couch, and on the floors. But overall good."

"I have dated this hotel previously. This time they put me in the east Tower. The bed was horrible. The water pressure was horrible. The towels felt like sandpaper. They do offer a breakfast, but it should be free. We shouldn’t have to pay $10 a person or I press it that I would get free at different hotels. "

No breakfast or bagged breakfast to go. No welcome complimentary coffee/tea, which is essential for travelers. I a Always grab a hot tea, but this location offered none. Price is very high for wha tv is offered."

"Breakfast was good. There were no muffins or plain eggs the first day. The seond day they had mini omletes. Our room was out of condioner and lotion. One of the bottles in the shower fell off. "

"The staff were so friendly and courteous. I remember a situation were one of the guests was kind of tipsy. They handled it with professionalism. I was soooo impressed. I for one would not have been so patient. Kudos to the staff."

"I really like this hotel. The beds are so comfortable and I love the breath is absolutely delicious. I haven’t tried the pool or Jacuzzi yet. It’s been kind of cold. The only thing I don’t like is the smell of marijuana when you check in."

"Group stayed in 3 different rooms. All 3 rooms stunk of cigarettes smell even though they said we couldn’t smoke inside. In one room the bathroom door fell of the hinges within the first 5 minutes of arriving. One room had to change the AC because it wasn’t cooling at all and the other two rooms kept the air on at lowest temperature and the highest speed for 3 days straight and it was never cool in the room. In all 3 bathrooms, the floor tiles can come right up and move around. Parking is big...
