"Very clean and staff very efficient."

"I wish i had known property was a time share. Had to attend a time share sales seminar"

"We loved the location and were pleased with everything. The only thing that we didn’t like is upon arrival the sales pitch they try to pull you into (they want you to commit to a time at a different location)to waive resort fees. We had limited time and didn’t really want to be sold anything when we were there to just relax."

"The hotel was in the center city. We were unable to get an early access to the room unfortunately as we hoped. I realize that I was sent an email concerning the pool, hot tub and fire pit were to be under renovation but had already paid for the room and unable to cancel. Still required to pay for use of the area with no discount. WiFi was not complimentary."
