"Vår vistelse på hotellet var utomstående. Perfekta hotellet för att kunna utforska Knysna och placerat perfekt i vackra Thesen Island. Detta är ett av de bästa hotellen vi bott på och detta har gett en bra helhetsupplevelse. Otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Det var ett mysigt och trevligt ställe med nära till matställen både inom hotellet och även utanför. Tillgång till bra spa och de erbjuder även bra tvätthjälp."

"Lovely staff, singling out Carmen and Felicia for special compliments! Food and service were good. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The views from the main lodge were outstanding. The pool was much warmer than our last visit in September 2004! We found Hog Hollow had lost a little of its rustic charm and was more like a hotel. "

"Great hotel in a great location, right by the water and a short walking distance to all the restaurants at the marina. Parking right at the hotel as well. Rooms are lovely, staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good - will be staying here again next time we are in Knysna."

"My partner and I stayed one night at this great place! After entering the main gate it was a little difficult to find but eventually we did. Parking is reasonable. The view from their main amenities area is fantastic. We did not use any of the amenities but it all seemed like a great offering. Very nice, easy access to the lagoon which is beautiful to experience. The room itself was just enough space for the 2 of us, with a very comfortable bed and great shower. "My family of four stayed in the family room. We were a little disappointed, not to have a view of the town, but it is the only room that sleeps for. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast were excellent in the morning, a great way to start the day. This is a great place to spend a couple of nights."

"The Junction is a nice place to stay in Plett. The beds are comfortable, there is Aircon and the style is modern and new. The rooms are not very bright, so not the best place to hang in the day, but absolutely perfect as a nightly base, especially with the block-out curtains. The location is excellent right in the middle of town so you can walk anywhere. Right by Seakrit Spot and Market off Main which is very convenient. I’d stay here again for a short stay of a few nights. "

"Great location, very nice and clean property and very large unit. One big problem - we stayed in the winter, the a/c and heating is only in the living room. The bedroom is very cold and the master bathroom is freezing. Completely freezing. On top of that, the unit is very dark. Living area and kitchen have only one ceiling light with very dim light and bathroom was missing a light bulb. After asking for a heater and additional light bulb they were provided but the living area was still very dark...

We were quite tired and thought a nap would be good but no hope as we had the constant noise of the extractor fan from the kitchen going up the wall outside, even if we shut all the windows we heard it.
