"The only real things to raise are: 1) pick a room away from Baum Ave. because there is quite a bit of traffic noise and it does not make for good night’s sleep, and 2) the windows were either slightly dirty or an fogged up (I could not tell) and hence the view was a bit obscured."

"amazing place,very historic,staff was awesome, a must stay,room was not what i reserved 8 months in advance in the 5th ave house but was changed to 2nd house,which was amazing in itself and worked out great,but it was the point of not being told of the change in advance. but these things happen and it was a great stay"

"This was an excellent spot to stay at! The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had many delicious options. The front desk workers were friendly and readily gave me extra towels and bedding for the pull out sofa sleeper. The hotel is right next to a very nice mall area with lots of options for food and shopping."

"The front desk lady wasn’t very nice whenever I told her I didn’t have the room type I booked. She was very odd and asked me for my email randomly and still signed me up for membership. I didn’t ask for she did switch my room but just wasn’t really nice about it. She had glasses"

While the room was clean, the kitchen had no dishes, silverware, coffee pot, etc., and there was no blow dryer in the bathroom.
