"This hotel is in a very convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was incredibly warm, so they assisted us with relocating to a basement room that was a few degrees cooler. "
"Robert on reception was accommodating when I arrived around 11pm to no restaurant being open… that was a long day/drive… all staff friendly and helpful. The only negative was I couldn’t pump the shower gel as the metal case was in a weird spot… great breaky. "
