"This hotel has improved a lot since the last time that I stayed there which was about 2 years ago. The lady that checked me in was super friendly and I loved the online check-in feature. The breakfast was delicious, I was not expecting a lot out of it but it was very good and hot. The hotel itself smelled much cleaner, and the bed was very comfy. The only thing that I had an issue with was that the TV would turn off if I turned off the lights in my room, and I did text them about it but they replied back after I had already gone to bed and since I was only staying one day I did not care that much. I wish there was more lights on the right side of the building, if you're looking at the hotel from the front to the right. And the area where you walk your dog was not well kept, I found lots of trash and there were no dog trash bags."

"Very convenient hotel within walking distance of a few restaurants. Easy parking, everyone was super nice, breakfast was decent. Good value. Also Costco is really close if you need to get your Costco run in. "

"My third time staying here and would def stay again. Reasonably priced ,clean,safe ,easy access to Interstate 40,and numerous stores and restaurants within a 5 minute walk (Sheetz,McDonalds,Bojangles,and Cook Out to name a few). Next time I'm in tharea for business again Ill def stay here again "

"The front desk lady was so sweet, made small talk and made check in very easy! We got cookies at check in. Room smelled and looked very clean. Perfect stay right off the highway when traveling! "

"Check in was slow even though most was already done online. Breakfast was not as appealing as it should have been."

"They have connecting rooms which for some reason I get even though I don't request it. We could hear snoring from the other room. The heat/cool unit is loud when it comes on. The refrigerator had broken drink holders on the door; it froze our drinks. This place looks nice; wide hallway. I haven't smelled marijuana anywhere near there. There is a restaurant area for breakfast, which costs extra, and a bar for drinks later. There is a Keurig in the room so one may bring his own favorite pods or use the ones provided."

"Check-in was very easy, and Karen at the desk was very friendly. The place was clean, even in the stairwell. My favorite part of the room is the heat/cool unit was quiet so I didn't have to increase TV volume every time it came on. A wasp got into the room somehow and my call for help was answered promptly. It was very quiet in the room. I've stayed in a nearby fancier hotel and could hear snoring from the room next door. The only sounds we heard at Comfort Suites came from the hallway near our door. We were near the elevators and didn't hear anything near them. The refrigerator was quiet. The room has a shelf for charging devices but the plugs didn't work. The clocks didn't have the correct time. We couldn't figure out how to turn the headboard light on (not important enough for us to ask). There are nice wall lamps between the beds for light, and there are reading lights there also. There is a light on the hairdryer that can serve as a dim nightlight while in there. On our last morning there, we saw people's waffles were sticking in the waffle iron. Breakfast staff helped get a waffle out, but we never saw any effort to stop the sticking, like spraying with a non-stick product. We didn't get a waffle. Daily were biscuits that tasted slightly sweet to me; gravy; sausage paddies; eggs. The appearance of the eggs changed. I saw them twice. One day they tasted fine, but looked like they were cooked like pancake batter squirted out to make them thin and round"

"Property managers were terrible. Had issues with me asking for towels and an extra blanket because the bed sheets were just terrible. Room had a smell to it. Comforter was as thin as the sheets"
