"The hotel appeared to be well maintained and very clean. The room we were put in had a few issues as far as maintenance; The TV remote on button would not work, so you had to manually turn it on, and the parental permission window would pop up while you tried to watch a movie. The thermostat on the wall was not working, but you could manually manipulate the unit to the desired setting. There was a lack of attention to detail regarding housekeeping (bathroom floor was sticky and provided guest amenities like the shampoo container being empty. The towels were clean and the provided an ample amount of them. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. The breakfast area provided a nice assortment and comfortable seating. Overall, it was a very nice hotel, and we would chalk this experience as a one-time hiccup. We would stay there again. There was a very nice discount attached to the stay and the overall charge for the room was minimal compared to the condition of the property."
