The rooms were nice and large, but the bed in 202 was completely unstable. All night long, every time my husband moved even his arm, it woke me up, and I woke him up with my movements. After only 2 or 3 hours of sleep, we were too tired to stay in Branson another day, so we packed up and very nicely explained and asked for a refund for the 2nd night that we wouldn't be using. (We didn't ask for a refund of the sleepless night although we could have.) The manager wasn't in and she later got back with us saying they wouldn't refund the 2nd night. (I wish I had paid Expedia instead of the hotel because Expedia said that they would have refunded us!) The hotel's maintenance people and the manager lied and said the bed was fine when anyone could easily sit on it and see that it wasn't. (Next time I will take a video since people lie so much now. So sad the state of our country.) As we communicated via email, I asked to talk to the owner, but the manager (Sky) just ignored me. This was our 38th wedding anniversary, so you can imagine our disappointment. We prayed ourselves quickly into forgiveness and grace, but I would recommend you steer clear of this hotel! The pregnant gal at the desk was sweet (as was I), but the manager and maintenance people know nothing about running a good hotel. The owners should definitely look for better people!
