"Hotel is outdated but very well located in a very nice neighbourhood. Also, be aware that the city train starts at 515am and is extremely loud, especially if you’re sleeping with the window opened due to no AC in the rooms. The staff were super nice and extremely helpful."

"We stayed here for the second arm of our vacation. The pool areas were well-maintained. The landscape of biodiversity created a rainforest vibe. The lobby was open and furniture was well situated for lounging around. Clean rooms but outdated with a hint of opulence- so I was not too bothered by the old fashioned decor. The breakfast was average, and lean towards meat lovers and limited vegetarian options. There were no eggs on the buffet, so if you wanted eggs, you have to wait in line to order it. One night, we decided to dine at the buffet, but a 1 minute look at the food items, we decided to eat elsewhere. Another night we decided to get room service, but the hotel phone were inoperable so I had to walk to the lobby area to order. I order seafood rice and it was awful. Big chunks of crab shells (almost chipped a few teeth). The staff was friendly. The shuttle ride to the airport was efficient. The hotel was a bit further from the city center and not many restaurants that you can walk too."
