"While staying at the heritage inn, the first thing I noticed was that the room phones did not work. I then called the front desk from my cell phone and watched no one answer the phone. I didn’t get my room cleaned or received fresh towels at all and had to walk to the front desk for more toilet paper. Then the pool was ice cold each day and no one came to assist in making the experience better. "

"Property was clean. I think someone was smoking marijuana when we checked in. The breakfast was below average. Only had eggs and biscuits and gravy. It’s really nothing else significant besides that. Price was good and the location was good."

"This hotel was an unexpected surprise! We arrived about 5:00, just in time for dinner! The assortment of food was amazing! Next morning, breakfast was served , too! The rooms were very nice and comfortable… we will return!"

"Our room was dirty. The bathroom was FILTHY, moldy and mildew everywhere accompanied by hairs that didn’t belong to us. Spider webs in every upper and lower corner of the room. "Parking was a cinch. The location is serene and relaxed. A darling wine bar across the street and Walgreens is a 3-minute walk. The free breakfast was a bit chaotic but adequate. "The hotel looked like it was brand new. The room was clean and fresh. Housekeeping and front desk staff were outstanding.
