While the process was straightforward, I expected a more welcoming arrival experience, especially as a first-time guest. I was not provided with any information about the hotel’s amenities, such as the complimentary water filling stations, rooftop area, restaurant hours, WiFi access, or gym facilities. "Beautiful new modern Hotel across the street from the train Station. Very convenient. Very clean and well kept.Staff was great. One Problem was our breakfast list was not taken off our door, twice, and so no breakfast delivered to our room until we complained. Especially problem on the morning we were to catch the train. The Hotel tried to resolve the problem and did not charge us for the breakfasts in question.."

"We loved our stay at the Scandic! The staff were so nice and helpful. Such a big hotel and they still remembered my name when we had to come back because our train was cancelled. The breakfast was excellent - so much variety and so fresh! I highly recommend. Just note that there’s no AC but they have lots of fans so we were fine!"

"After checking in after midnight, we did not appreciate being woken by housekeeping at 8.30am to clean our room. When I confirmed that we were still sleeping, housekeeping argued and said we were to check out. Not the service expected of a Westin."

"Todo relativamente bien hay que ser honestos muy padre hotel pero el aparcamiento se nos hizo excesivo ya que nosotros viajamos en moto y nos cobraron 25 euros por día por moto aún estando tres o más motos en un solo cajón. Éramos un grupo y a otros les faltó agua en la habitación y a otro no le funcionó el Aire acondicionado. Sabemos que todo puede pasar pero el tema del estacionamiento si fue sorpresivo"
