"We always stay here. We love the tiny kitchen and it has everything two people need to make a dinner or breakfast. Close to WalMart, NY, Lowe's, Guthrie Hospital and so much more. Lot's of places to dine. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Very comfy beds."

"The hot water in the shower took forever to heat up. The breakfast options were ... suboptimal. Staff were attentive and friendly. Location is what it is. It's a hotel in the middle of a parking lot. "

"Room was fairly clean. Floor hadn’t been cleaned and shower wasn’t great. Stayed 3 nights and had to go look for refills on paper products and coffee supplies. Son also had a room and his tv didn’t work for the 2 nights he stayed even after multiple calls to the front desk. Maintenance came and left without fixing the tv or bringing a replacement. Probably will choose a different hotel next time. "

"Room was okay very dry air . I rented because my daughter had a Tonsillectomy at the hospital near by. I could tell someone had smoked in the room previosly. When we got back from surgery my room key stopped working and I was holding my daughter in my arms trying to get the door open. Thankfully the house keeper was near by and was able to let me in. I did then call down to the front desk to try and get a new room key brought up but it never came. I didnt rate poor because a man named David working at the resturant downstairs gave us exceptional service. Making my daughter a special smoothie and just giving a little sprinkle of positivity on our long day. He even played taylor swift songs for my daughter. The hotel wasnt great the pool area was poorly ventelated and appeared uncleanly . It was about 7pm the night before the surgery when we went to the pool so maybe it was just recent trafic? I didnt wanna stay another night as the air quality wasnt great in the room. Ate the last nights money because of it. 24 hour notice refund policy. "

"Still being renovated so expect disruptions in hallways and on certain floors of the hotel. Great breakfast, though. There were not enough USB ports for plugging in electronics, and I was staying in one of the newly renovated rooms."
