"The room was very clean. I was surprised and disappointed. I hadn’t brought my slippers because I did not know it was a non-carpeted surface, which made it cooler to the person walking barefooted. The staff that I met was superb! Even the housekeeper made an effort to understand what I wanted and very kind about it. I received two tasks to make sure I knew to contact them if needed. "They messed up our payment. Keep trying to charge our card when it was paid through Expedia .Some of the front desk person was rude and unprofessional the manager wasn’t any better. I’ve worked in hotels for a lot of years and never would I treat guest like that and mess someone’s payment up."
